Donor Relations Manager

Part Time Position 25 Hours per Week

We are a mission of the Episcopal Diocese of Florida serving those struggling with poverty and homelessness.Our heart is to make known God’s love for every person in practical and spiritual ways. The ideal candidate would approach this position with a heart for ministry and a personal commitment to the values of Grace Mission. This individual must be experienced in donor management, highly organized, and eager to help Grace Mission grow through stewardship and fundraising.

JOB OBJECTIVES

• Enlargement of support footprint.
• Rehabilitation of current donor database.
• Facilitation and support of donor stewardship.

JOB DUTIES

• Develop internal systems of donor and stewardship management.
• Manage donor and gift database through Donor Perfect software. Includes updating of mailing lists, handling appreciation correspondence and working toward Donor Perfect as the primary management platform.
• Work closely with mission staff and volunteers.
• Preparation of monthly and annual reports pertaining to donor analysis.
• Management of social media platforms.
• Event support for fundraising activities.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Highly organized.
• Team orientation and collaborative mindset.
• Self-disciplined and able to take initiative with guidance from the Grace Mission Vicar.
• Experience in non-profit database management.
• Bachelor’s degree. Work and professional history can substitute for required degree.
• Experience in fundraising environments.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skill set.
• Strong written communication skills. Ability to develop and implement social media communications.
• Creative thinker.
